Is AI Is Becoming a Dirty Word ?

The AI conversation is beginning to resemble the dot-com boom of the late 1990s. Everywhere you turn, AI dominates the discussion, often accompanied by warnings about job displacement and the need to keep pace. While the technology is undeniably transformative, the constant focus on disruption may be creating unnecessary anxiety, particularly among younger generations who are more likely to view AI as a threat rather than an opportunity.

As with previous technology waves, the hype will eventually give way to practical application. Over the next few years, businesses and consumers will determine where AI delivers genuine value and where it fits into everyday life. Companies that focus less on promoting AI itself and more on the outcomes it enables will likely be best positioned for long-term success. Ultimately, customers care less about the technology powering a solution and more about the results it delivers.
